NextSite was formed with a goal to challenge the status quo and bring disruption to an industry that has not changed in 20+ years. We start by providing a more cost-effective commercial development advisory solution that focuses on providing unique market analysis and delivering results by connecting opportunities in our client communities to the developers, tenant reps and end-users that drive the retail site selection process. By leveraging our network of commercial development contacts, we also connect opportunities in our client communities to non-retail developers including multi-family, healthcare, hospitality, entertainment and workforce housing. Ultimately, our goal is to affect positive change through commercial development while providing resources to local organizations to support organic growth of the community’s existing businesses and entrepreneurial efforts.
