Peer Analysis identifies communities with similar demographic profiles to then identify target opportunities based on a concepts propensity to locate in peer communities. By introducing retailers to new market opportunities like those they have previously selected for locations, they are more likely to vet the market and better able to project the success of a potential new store.

As part of our initial market analysis on behalf of our client’s, NextSite identifies demographic peers based on population, income, ethnicity and consumer buying power.

The NextSite team also runs a VOID analysis that, when combined with the Peer analysis, allows us to build a realistic Target Opportunity list to pinpoint concepts for our pro-active outreach to developers, tenant reps, retailers, service-related businesses, and hotels.
